Very well organised and easy to access and learn

This course was great . Explained everything very well which made it easy to understand. Lots of videos to explain . The training was done in a way that all learning types could understand. Requested to have my marking fast tracked and was done as promised within 24 hours .

The training was comprehensive and useful. The videos and practical examples helped me better understand staff responsibilities, how to identify signs of intoxication, check a person’s age and take appropriate steps to minimise harm. The assessments also helped reinforce what I learned.
