Petra was very helpful and patient, especially over zoom which makes things tricky.

I completed the online RSA course and have no real complaints; everything seemed to work as intended, and I had a smooth, issue-free experince.

Over all it was super easy to complete. The videos and recaps were super helpful and made understanding all the content really easy and digestable. The only feedback I have is that a small edit revise should be done as there were a few gramatical issues that did appear throughout the course that did make it hard to read or understand at points.
