Good course and certainly different from the 2 hour mandatory training in the UK. This is far more detailed and constructed well.

The course is very good and the makes sure you have a good understanding of the material. I found the making the videos tricky because I was conscious of trying to say things correctly and concisely, but the role play is essential in making the course relevant.
