hello i just finished off my online RSA course I would like to say a few things about this course it was very helpful with all the tips and explaining of what needed to be done the questions in the quizzes although could have been worded a bit better but other than that very easy and helpful to use thank you.

Petra was great at explaining things and made all the information easy to understand

The course is great. It takes you through alot of information which is good and gives you a great understanding of the course. It does also open ones eyes to what venues deal with and how they need to be calm when dealing with patrons.

This was a fantastic and easy to follow course. It was great I could log on and complete in my own time.

It was easy guide to achieve certificate. It will be slightly better if I get email notification every 2 and 3 weeks (or more frequent) before online material is expired.
