The Barmax course was clear and easy to follow. The quizzes and videos helped me understand the RSA content properly, especially how to identify intoxication and handle real-life situations in a venue. The scenarios made it feel realistic, and I feel more confident applying the laws and procedures in an actual workplace.

I did enjoy using the online version as it was easy for me to do it when i had time. However, it would be good if there was more in person centres near by, as I live in Port Stephens and the closest places available to me did not have dates that I could partake in due to school and work. I found that the response time from staff was really good with helping me answer any questions that I had. thankyou
