very good rly comprehensive, our trainer was very thorough and really got the information into our heads. i didnt even really need to look at my notes during the assessment part.

I just wanted to say thanks for the course. I found it really interesting and definitely valuable. I’ve never been in a country where the alcohol laws are this strict, so it was good to learn how seriously it’s taken here in Australia, especially around safety and responsible service. It definitely gave me a better understanding of how to handle situations properly in a venue and how important it is to look after patrons and staff. Overall I thought the course was really helpful and I appreciate the information.
